Today, we have achieved a track record of over 3,000 successful network and software products in the Unix, Windows, Citrix, Server-based computing & Thin client environment. We are very proud of our own Business Application Software packages that are fully designed and developed in-house for various industries, with built-in web-enabling technology and 3- & N- Tier Architecture.
The candidate is require to work in the Technical Department to provide on-site and remote support to corporate customers. Familiar with SCO Unix, RedHat 7.0, NT, Win2K & Network knowledge. Fresh graduate can be considered. 24/36 months contract.
Linux / Windows Technical Support Engineer
Responsiblities:-
- Providing IT support cum Sales on Thin-client and Citrix Server-based
Computing concept (SBC).
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Support Linux, Thin Client, Citrix Server, MS Terminal Server and
SCO Server.
Requirements:-
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experienced in NT/2K/XP Windows, Citrix & Red-Hat & SCO
Unix O/S.
- Able to support email server (Send mail & Exchange), DNS, Web
hosting on Red-Hat & Windows 2K / 2003 will be an advantage.
- Able to start work on short notice.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply but
preferably with experience for SNR Post.
- 7 x 24 standby or Weekends if requires.
- 2 - 3 years contract. Afterwhich, subject to yearly renewal.
- Microsoft Certified or Citrix Certified will be an added advantage.
