| Our client is an Australian bank specialist investment advisory and financial service in select markets around the world. Its global headquarters are located in Sydney, and it is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). It is the only large, majority Australian-owned investment bank. A newly formed Private Banking department, they are looking for top tier Client Services Executive to join their team. The purpose of the role is to play an effective role in supporting the private bankers to deepen client relationships and to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Description:
- Assist Private Bankers in trade executions, confirmations and preparation of marketing materials;
- Handle account opening/closing
- Manage clients accounts, transmission of orders (purchase and sale of securities, transfers, cheques clearing, cash transactions, renewal of term deposit, etc) and execution controls
- Preparation of all documentation e.g. loan documents, compliance, account opening forms, etc.
- Manage and organize contacts for the Relationship Manager (appointments, meetings, business trips)
- Do monitoring spreadsheets
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in a related discipline (Accounting/ Banking/ Finance)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Private Banking Support roles
- Has a deep understanding of banking processes
- Possess excellent customer service attitude, interpersonal and communications skills
- Good Team player, Communication & Time Management skills
- Responsible, adaptable and meticulous
- Possess fundamental private banking product knowledge
