HDB resale market in Singapore and 22% share of the private property secondary market.

& Industrial and Corporate Leasing – headed by experienced directors with specialized
operations and relevant business expertise.
PropNex has also extended our real estate services into Shanghai with our
first Chinese subsidiary, PropNex Property Consultants (SH) Ltd., to spearhead our
specialty in sales and rental in the commercial office sector.
