| Job Description |
Sales Manager (Singapore Operations)
You will be part of the dynamic sales team focusing on achieving sales targets, increasing revenue and market share for our Serviced Residences in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through aggressive sales and marketing activities to achieve profitability goals.
- Fostering strong business relationships with existing corporate accounts and ensure consistent business follow-ups
- Co-ordinating and participating in promotional activities and trade shows, and work closely with developers, advertisers, and production managers
- Preparing monthly reports of leasing for review of plans and procedures
- Conducting economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for the Company
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 5 years relevant sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- A commercially astute and customer-focused individual with a solid sales track record and a proven ability to foster strong business relationships
