Business Development Executive
We are looking for Motivated and Sales-driven talents to join us in our growth within Singapore and Asia.
Work location: Tanjong Pagar
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 0900hrs to 1800hrs
Benefits: Attractive sales commission plan and salary package. For successful applicants with driving license, a company car can be arranged.
Job description:
Solution-based business development to companies.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and achieve sales target, e.g. cold calling, canvassing etc.
Provide recruitment advice to companies.
Work hand-in-hand with recruitment consultants to ensure that we are able to find the manpower required.
Job requirements:
2 years experience in frontline sales. Preferably with 1 year experience in recruitment.
Fluent English (both written and spoken). Due to our working partners in China, candidates who can read and write Mandarin will be looked upon favourably.
Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills. Tact and diplomacy will be needed in this role.
This role is carved out for talented individuals who are looking to grow within the recruitment industry, and to enjoy the privilege of providing a one-stop solution for companies looking to hire foreign and local candidates.
We are looking for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs who have in-depth knowledge of the Singapore market. Foreigners who have worked in Singapore in the same capacity for at least 3 years will be considered for this role too.
