CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER


Job Description:

Handling phone calls from the residents and other sources. Also advise and direct callers to the appropriate authorities to grant them assistant.

Job Requirements:

- GCE 'N' Level and above.
- Computer Literate.
- Must be able to perform irregular shift duties on a rotational basis, including overnight shift, weekends, Sundays and public holidays.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin with good telephone etiquette.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Must have good working attitude and a good team player.
- Only Singaporean / PR need to apply.
