HR Business Partner Our client, US based MNC, is a global leader in Engineering Services. Due to expansion and growth a new opportunity has arisen for an HR Analyst skilled in Compensation and Benefits to work with their team.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the Business Unit Managers, you will perform data collection, consolidating and analysing to draw up regular reports for both local and regional offices. You also perform headcount tracking and expenses. Other responsibilities include implementation and maintenance of compensation database surveys, HRIS, payroll processing support and HR generalist support.
Requirements:
The Candidate:
Diploma/Degree in HR/Business/Accountancy with at least 5 years experience in HR of which 3 years in a similar capacity. You should meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines. You should be an expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined. Good communication and interpersonal skills
