| Job Description |
HR Assistant
Our client is a US MNC located in Kallang area. Due to expansion, their HR Department is currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates for the position of HR Assistant.
Salary: $2200 to $2500
Work Days: 5 days
Work Terms: Permanent position
Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR and Admin duties
- Updating of employees' data and maintaining filing records
- Provide support in training administration
- Perform data collection and preparation of HR reports
- Attend to all incoming calls and dispatch
- Maintain all incoming/ outgoing mails and faxes
- Stand in for Receptionist function in her absence
Requirements:
- Min O levels / Diploma in HR/Business
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR or office administration
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Responsible, meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Singaporean and PR only
