Customer Care Telephone Representative
OVERVIEW
Internet startup focusing on consumer retail market in Singapore looking for a few good men or women for telephone customer service representative positions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A) Attend to customer enquiries about company’s products
B) Assist customers with placing their orders over the telephone
C) Assist customers with order enquiries
D) Work office hours: 9am to 6pm. Off Jalan Eunos area
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A) Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
B) Service oriented and customer focused
C) Mild-mannered and well spoken
D) Strong communication and typing skills
E) Candidates must also have a good working knowledge of Windows-based PCs
Basic knowledge of accounting or accounting software (preferable but not essential)
F) Bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese preferred)
G) Singapore citizens and PR holders only
H) As the positions are telephone-based, we place more emphasis on English articulation, not age or appearance.
