| Job Description |
IT Admin Support - Jurong Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide end user support and coordination with vendor to resolve IT related issues
· Provide assistance to global Helpdesk on tasks that are not achievable using remote tools
· Responsible for closing Remedy tickets assigned to queues in Singapore within SLA
· Create and maintain required documentation, example network diagrams, telecommunications documentations etc.
· Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by supervisor
Minimum Requirements:
· Skills
Ø Effective communication skills in English
Ø Problem solving skills with the ability to be multi-focused
Ø Demonstrable technical skills developed in an IT service delivery environment
Ø Ability to plan and recognize opportunities through technology
Ø Ability and willingness to communicate technical and non-technical information, both verbally and in writing
Ø Ability to effectively interact with customers
l Teamwork
Ø Strong listening skills and ability to “hear” the customer
Ø Positive attitude and resourcefulness in finding solutions
Ø Ability to work well with others
l Leadership
Ø Self-motivated and the ability to take lead when required
Positive thinker willing to listen to the advice of peers/subordinates
Singaporean/PR only
This is a 1 year contract position with possibility of conversion to permanent headcount
