| Job Description |
Sales Support · Work closely and liaise with the APAC sales team on a daily basis, communicating any issues with leads within the distribution channel
· Handle enquires from customers and end-users in a friendly efficient manner
· Maintain a comprehensive database of end–user, reseller and distribution contacts
· Provide general admin support to the APAC sales team
· Provide telemarketing administration support as required
· Administer new partner enrolment forms for the International market
Minimum of 3 years customer service, administrative or related experience, preferably for a high technology company.
Bilingual (English and Mandarin)
