Order Processing Administrator
· Analyse and allocate leads appropriately from the download process
· Manage logged deal registrations from the partner portal
· Manage the PO formats for Order Processing
· Work closely and liaise with the APAC sales team on a daily basis, communicating any issues with leads within the distribution channel
Minimum of 3 years customer service, administrative or related experience, preferably for a high technology company.
Preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin)
