Business Analyst
**THIS ROLE IS TO BE BASED IN MALAYSIA**
**2 years fixed contract or permanent employment**
• Define the detailed requirements for all IT solutions
• Work with business users to analyse the nature of the business requirements, examine alternative options and recommend a solution
• To investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.
• To investigate operational requirements and problems, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in information systems, process and procedures, organization and equipment
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Development and Delivery team to prepare detailed estimates for the cost of the IT solution based on the effort to develop or procure the IT solution, associated hardware and software costs
• Producing the definition of the non-functional requirements and the outline definition of the technology to be used to deliver the solution, and manage prototyping of solutions to identify requirements
