| Job Description |
Project Executive cum Site Safety Supervisor
·To provide maintenance, support to the project team.
·Liasion, meet, co-ordinate work issues with consultants, clients subcontractors and site foremen to ensure timely completion of projects assigned.
·Attend site progress meetings, provide reports, generate master programme and AutoCad for shop drawings, extract quantities from drawings and prepare shop details.
·Manage project tenders and work schedules.
·Assist in Site supervision and co-ordination to e work schedule, ensure they are in accordance to specifications and within timeframe and budgeted capex.
·Ability to perform under pressure and to work independently.
·Good communication, interpersonal skills, and able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
·Checking and supervision of all structural, architectural and external works performed by subcontractors on site to ensure that quality works are produced.
·Co-ordinating and sequencing subcontractors work according to the master and detailed construction schedules to prevent delays.
·Consulting the Structural, Archi. Co-ordinators on any problems related to quality.
·Inspecting project materials delivered on site by the suppliers, vendors to ensure they meet specfied requirements and to arrange for any testing required.
·Assisting in the handing over of completed works and rectification of any defects by the appropriate subcontractors.
