| Job Description |
Service Engineer
• Technical leadership and expertise is essential to be successful in this role.
• You will be responsible for all technical aspects of presales proposals, Proof of Concepts (POC), demonstrations, projects and 2nd level post sales support activities
• Responsible for all project management and technical matters pertaining to the project and conduct related reviews, clarifications and acceptance tests.
• Close liaison with customers and other departments in the company to achieve project deliverables.
• Resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Document all project-related information, processes and workflows.
• Assure project documents are completed and signed.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
• Provide updates to the relevant stakeholders on the new products and services developed.
• Provide training and support to internal staff and customers as and when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned and required.
